I have a block set up using the Gift certificate verification template but it does not show on the page. The block is active.
I have another website and it works perfectly.
Any ideas?

I do not see any conditions in the code of this block, just simple HTML. Please make sure that the following file exists, not empty and has correct permissions
design/themes/THEME/templates/addons/gift_certificates/views/gift_certificates/components/gift_certificates_verify.tpl
I found the problem.
Missing files.
