Availability Missing

Hi guys,

I have two different sites, for one of them I am able to select which user groups can view a particular page however the other site doesn't have this option (i want to restrict a page to registered users). Not sure where I can enable it for the cite?

Could anyone help me out?

What do you see instead of the User groups section on the second website?
