The Add to Cart button is not there, or at least no text there at all.
Any hints as to what the language setting should be?
Looks like some interference in the code (3rd party?). If the language variable was missing it would show _add_to_cart.

Note that the value of the add_to_cart language variable (without first underscore) can be empty. Check it on the Administration -> Languages -> Translations page
This is strange, that the variable add_to_cart has a value of Buy and what about the Buy button what is the variable? so that both the "Buy" button and "Add to Cart" will be both available?
Any idea?

If you use 3rd party theme, another language variable can be used for the add to cart button
