Customer Cancelled Transaction

Hi, since Friday, one of my storefronts is not processing orders. The customer is getting the notice “Customer has cancelled the transaction” and then the order is not showing in the admin as failed. Instead, it is sitting in the cscart_orders table under the status N.



Orders are working as normal for the main storefront.



Any ideas why this would be?

What payment processor and what version of CSC?

Processor is Realex and the version is CS-Cart 4.5.2.SP2

It is only happening on 1 of the storefronts.

The main storefront accepts GBP, the other storefront accepts EUROS.

It is the EURO storefront that is not working.

The order does not log in the admin panel but it logs in the database as status 'N'

I'm not familiar with that processor. Hopefully you have http requests logging turned on. If so, search your log for the transaction to see if it is reporting any errors.

You can find the incomplete orders by selecting the gear icon when you're in orders and selecting Incomplete.

You might find that if you go into the view orders page in admin, and then select the dropdown in the top right hand corner and select, incomplete orders that your missing orders will show in the admin.

It definitely sounds like a payment processor issue. But I know little about them.
