The gdpr module included in version 4.7.4 looks good, but lacks some features for the customer, such as the request and portability of sensitive data, deletion to various copokies etc.Take a look at this add to open cart that looks good and gives you the choice to choose based on the type of e-commerce site.Greetings

[cut] ... the second issue with the released gdpr addon
are bugs.... there are several complains
Are these bugs related to the GDPR Addon self-contained or are they impacting order creation / management? (links / steps to reproduce are appreciated)
Overall is 4.7.4 w/ GDPR actually production-ready or is this still a release or two out?
If I may offer a criticism: it makes no sense to have an enormously long agreement in a tooltip. This can be observed on a CS-Cart demo site.

We have reviewed the requests we received so far, and there will be some improvements to the default GDPR add-on that comes with CS-Cart. Here is what we are planning to do:
1. The cookie setting will be moved to the GDPR add-on and will have 3 variants:
- No consent for cookies required.
- Implicit consent required (the current behavior).
- Explicit consent required - the behavior will be similar to https://addons.prest...mo/FO13605.html (a popup on first visit), but without differentiating cookies into groups. If a visitor doesn't agree to cookies being used, he or she will be redirected to Google, and no cookies from the store will be left on the machine.
2. The support of multiple storefronts will be added.
3. The ability for customers to request their personal data or to be forgotten will be added to their profile settings. When they use that button, an automated message will be sent to the email address specified in the GDPR add-on settings. That way it's easier for customers to withdraw consent.
Please note that these improvements will most likely be a part of CS-Cart 4.8.1, and the current plan is to release it in the second half of June.
hello,
just noticed that the request my data is not mentioned anywhere...

Hello. It is mentioned here:
Previously customers had to write an email to request their data. In 4.8.1 customers will be able to request their personal data by clicking a button. We plan to extend the documentation about the GDPR add-on to describe new functionality. The release news will most likely contain the link.
great news that we move
