It would be nice if this could be done for CS-Cart by an outside agency to verify that everything is secure.

Typically it's hard to distinguish the differences between being attacked through script insecurities or server insecurities.

As far as CS-Cart goes it's relatively safe to assume you can operate your shop with minimal hacking attempts on the script itself. This can't be said for server hacking.

If you're looking for something to penetrate test your server or associated scanning, check up with S-Combs from the forum. He spends too much time on these subjects as it is

I may contact you once I have my site fully setup, but it would be great if CS-Cart themselves could do this for each major version that is released.

Ultimately they should be the best guide as far as patching up any possibly issues.
