Current CS Cart V3 user looking to upgrade to latest version.
Does the current version either 'out of the box' or by add-on have the ability to do a mix and match style promotion e.g. We have 100 different products in a category an if a customer adds a mix of 10, a discount be applied to just those 10 items?'

I am afraid it is not possible out of the box
