Too Many Redirects After Duplicating The Site

Hello,

We tried to duplicate our website in order to create a development version, but after we copied all the files and database to the new location and also editing the proper DB details in 'config.local.php', we get this error:

www.bazarulcopiilor.ro redirected you too many times.

On the original version we have an SSL certificate and all the traffic is redirected to HTTPS. Could this be a problem?

Can you please advise what could we do to make the development site work?

I attached the 'config.local.php' file.

At first delete the var/cache directory manually

Thanks for your response! The development version of the site is not hosted in a subdirectory, but on the root directory on a new subscription on a different VPS.

"storefront" and "secure_storefront" are already updated to use "www.bazarulcopiilor.ro".

I cleared the "cache" directory, but the problem still appears. Also, I cannot access the admin area, so the only changes which I could do are from the database or files. Do you have any other suggestions?

it is required to examine issue on your server. PM me temporary FTP access so that we can check it
