Website Thumbnails Are Very Poor Although The Original Photos Are Fine

please i have cs-cart version 4.7.1.SP2

and i have this issue

all images are very poor, although i didn't change the defaults settings for images quality nor settings

what should i do to make the thumbnails and products images look clear and better??
