Hi,

I want uplaod categories with csv.

but i have see , i cant upload the letters, ä.ö.ü,

1: Ausstattung f Nagelstudios this must write : Ausstattung für hier is not write the "ü" and the "r"

other letters will not show, not only the ä,ö,ü...

what is wrong and what can I do ??

Export a sample csv or sql using Export data

Open Excel and use the tab Import data from text

select your exported file - you will be asked several questions in steps, and one of them will be about UTF-8
