The cs-cart is lacking this feature. Simtech addon doesn't allow to assign the product bundle to categories, setting main bundle product image etc. Many people on this forum were requesting this feature but unfortunately, there is no good solution at this moment.
It should be implemented in the core cs-cart and treated as a separate product like in other e-commerce platforms.

I will ask our add-on development department to work on this, probably it is better to disable bundle if one of the products becomes out of stock.
