Can someone help, On the recently viewed I wan to add a dash or hyphen next to each of the recently view item listed. Can someone help and let me know aht page and what line do I need to have this added?

It depends on the template which is used for the Recently Viewed block

You can check the file in the source code. There should be the "selected" attribute (http://joxi.ru/Vm6aPGVIxkv31r). For example. if you use the same template (Small items) as on demo, you need to edit the design/themes/YOUR_THEME/templates/blocks/list_templates/small_utems.tpl file.
