Looking for suggestions from other multi-vendor operators here - how do you generally communicate with your vendors? Just email?
I've been wondering if anyone's built an add-on allowing admins to communicate with vendors via the Dashboard. I'd almost think this should be an out-of-the-box feature. Just a noticeboard or something, where you can add messages and files, and the vendor would receive a notification email so they can login and view.
Better install some stand-alone helpdesk that allows multiple agents, so that every vendor could have their own support desk. Anyone tried Spiceworks?
Of course, there are free CS-Cart help desk solutions, but all of them are bridges to super-expensive help-desk systems, so it may turn out that it is cheaper to develop a simple integration...
