Has anyone seen this before?
User groups Tab isn't showing in Firefox.
This is a recent development.
I have cleared the cache but I am not sure what else to do to resolve this issue.

1. Make sure that you are logged in under one root admin account
2. If you use several store-fronts, make sure that the All stores is selected at the top

And I have also notice that the "Act on Behalf Of" is missing in Firefox and Present in Chrome.

It is also can be caused by both reasons from my post
