Form Builder Is Disabled

Hi,

I want to create a contact us page for my web site. I just noticed my form builder was disabled in Add-ons. Please see attached image and advice me how to enable it.

Make sure that All stores mode is selected (http://docs.cs-cart.com/4.6.x/user_guide/stores/switch_between_stores.html) and that admin account that you are using has corresponding privileges
