Company Name Not Saving To Shipping Address

Custom fields not saving....I have to have "Company Name" in the contact form which is saved there but is is not being saved to the Shipping Address when a customer registers. Any solutions why?

Why is this only happening with PROFILE Fields?. I can add products and change/save other info in the admin except Profile Fields.
