I have deleted some tags that I was using on products. I still use tags on my products so I don't want to turn tags off. Even though I deleted the tags there is still a page for those tags:

How do I get rid of these extra pages? I have tried clearing the cache.

I am using a direct link. The SEO addon is set to show /parent-category/category/[page2] but for some reason it is showing it both that way and /category/[page2].
So I used a standalone sitemap generator to see what results it returned. In those results it has links to all my old tags that I use to use but none of the /category/[page2]
The built google sitemap addon is also showing a link to poll-of-the-week.html which is not even installed on my site.
It is required to examine your database. Possibly some data was not deleted
