I have added a new new storefront. The DNS has been updated to divert my new domain to the new storefront however it does not load cs-cart, just shows a cgi-bin folder in the browser. How do i access the 2nd storefront? if i enter e.g. mydomain.com/store2.com it shows page note found.

Let me explain. Both of domains should be linked to the same folder where the store is installed. For example if your store is installed to the /var/www/html folder, the domain1.com should be linked to this folder. The domain2.com is also should be linked to this folder ( /var/www/html ). The CS-Cart's script will know by which domain request was made and show the correct storefront.
