So Re:Desk and ZenDesk are individual help desk services where all of the conversations and tickets are hosted through their websites. i want all the conversations hosted on my server for security etc. I am looking at http://marketplace.cs-cart.com/add-ons/site-management/cs-cart-communication-add-on.htmlnow and if this doesn't work out I may reach out to simtechdev.com for a qoute.

Would be nice to have a ticket system that is built into the cart so you can connect tickets with existing customers, tag orders, keep everything organized. You can be writing a ticket with John Doe and see John Doe's order, know what he bought, current status and John Doe can log into his account and view his current tickets or access them via email. That is what I am looking for. This is very common on Magento; not so much this platform. I was hoping SnoRocket's solution would work but I feel it is unavailable.
