Where Is E-Mail Notification Setting?

There are two visuals attached, one is from Cs-Cart's docs site and the other from the demo site.

I can not see "notify customer" or "notify orders department" on demo site and even on my own admin panel.

Looks like new template editor is enabled in your store. In this case these settings are not displayed

Thanks for the reply, but the second image is from Cs Cart demo site.
I can't see these options on the demo site either; not only on our own.

That's because the demo is using the email templates. I don't use the templates but I assume you would enable/disable the templates to your liking.

I've changed it to "Old (stored on file system)" and it's ok now.

At the bottom of Settings>Appearance you will see "Email templates mode"
