I am working on a multi-vendor site. I already have X-CART Platinum multi-vendor. But, I'm considering using a different solution. I have several questions?:
- Is there any customer to vendor communications suchs as customer to vendor chat or email? Either built-in or readily available add-on.
- How are returns managed? Are the return authorizations handled by the marketplace admin or the vendor admin?
- 70% of my vendors will be selling products with similar sku/upc codes, how is that handled? In other words if a customer searches for product X and five vendors sell product X, how will that be presented to the customer/

The returns are managed by the marketplace admin.

If customers search by product code, they will see 5 products with the same SKU code.
