The above statement is not very clear.
Most of the functionalities of C2C and B2C are similar. The major difference between the two types are,
in C2C every user is both a buyer and a seller(peer to peer marketplaces are most common). In this case a seller is mostly a individual.
in B2C buyer and seller are different roles (but a user can can have both buyer and seller roles depending on requirements of the marketplace). Also B2C generally represent, that the seller is a business.
