Users Cannot Login After Upgrade V4.5.2

We upgraded our website to v4.5.2

Existing users cannot login on our website.

They must first delete their cookies of the browser, after that the can login.

How can we solve this so that our customers not to do this?

Have you tried clearing your cache and/or shuting down and rebooting?

No expert, but might do the trick.

i have same issue after upgrade, i do clear cash and server reboot but still can't admin and user login in Google Chrome but work with firefox.

Clear browser cache also…

Just a note for cs-cart. If you used options for archive extraction that would NOT preserve the modification date then things like css files, images and other 'cached items" would be automatically picked up and re-cached by the browsers eliminating need to clear browser caches (which won't help customers re-visiting your site).

The cache of the website is cleared and the server is reboot, this has noting changed to the problem.

Once a day around 17.30u (dutch time) the webserver gone down cause High CPU usage.

After the customer clearing the browser cache they can login.

This is not an solutions...

We did not reproduce the issue with login in default CS-Cart version. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue with login.

Same. Issue, since 4.5.2 our customers are emailing us and saying they can't log in.

The issue was confirmed as a bug. It is fixed in CS-Cart 4.5.2.SP2
