The option to redeem reward points has disappeared from both the cart and the checkout, right in the middle of a huge sale! I've tried disabling the addon and then activating it again, clearing and flushing the cache. Does anyone have any other ideas? We haven't installed any new addons since the last time it was working nor  have we updated CS-cart.

Try to check it with different customer accounts. May be there are not enough points on the account balance.

Hi eCom. I tried it with a test account with 1000 points on it. The input field for redeeming points used to appear next the apply gift cert or promo field, but it's disappeared.

I have checked the code. The condition is simple there

 

1. User has points

2. Products have price in points

 

Double check both points

You are right, it was point 2 that went wrong for us. All fixed now. Thanks for your help yet again!
