I'm looking for an addon that will allow users to rent a space with 4 different daily rates and make a fixed deposit. The addon must:

  • not allow multiple rentings of the same dates
  • send an email 30 days prior to rental date requesting full payment
  • Allow booking for unregistered users
  • have a front end event calendar with rentals
