Dear Friends,

We have developed the Loyalty Program add-on that allows to reward the customers who make purchases frequently.

The loyalty program is based on the total amount of money spent in the store. The more the customers spend, the more they get.

The loyalty scheme consists of several membership tiers. Each tier has its own minimum entry amount and a user group. Once the customer’s purchases reach this entry amount, the user group is assigned to the customer.

When the amount spent in the store reaches the next level, the customer moves up to the next membership tier with other bonuses and rewards.

Would it be possible to add a feature changing the "amount spent" to Reward points earned? This way we can connect it to the reward program.

I also think it's not always wise to tell customers how much ythey spent in your store, it might scare them haha!

Great I'll definitly buy when you add the reward points amounts.

It doesn't say the exact amount spent, but it says for example Gold - $10.000 spent. Which is absolutely fine, my remark about the spending was more of a half joke - I can just see people think, wow I spent so much at that store, that's insane! :)

Now you can specify the period when cards are available.The cards are recalculated periodically. For example, if the customer did not buy on some amount of money within a month, he/she will get the lower card.

We have added new Loyalty program for new users setting in the Loyalty Program add-on settings:

New customers will automatically get the selected card.

We have added the User groups that do not participate in the promotion setting in the Loyalty Program add-on settings. It allows to exclude some user groups from loyalty program. It might be useful for wholesale customers as they can get big discounts in the program, but usually loyalty program is created for retail customers.

We have added the ability to treat orders with the Incomplete status as failed to ignore such orders when calculating the amount to move to the next level of loyalty.

Here's a little update on the add-on:

PHP 7.0 code was checked for the need for restrictions. We found out that the tested add-ons run correctly with the older PHP versions. Although, we recommend upgrading to the latest protocols to protect against any vulnerability, we reduced the version limitation. Now, even if your PHP is not 7.0, we guarantee these add-ons will work the same.
