I have used a Cs-Cart license in a store which is not online yet. I am having such troubles changing to defaulte theme, i have written to Cs-Cart team but not getting a solution from them, for now all my work is blocked and i am thinking to remove the actual installation and making the installation again from the begining the question is: Can i use the same license??since my store is not online yet?
If the license is for the domain you bought it for or the test domain then you are OK to reinstall it at any time. What is the error when you try to change the theme? Are the design, app directory permissions set to 777 and config.local.php to 666?

Actually design is set to 777, app is set to 755 and config.local.php to 666 but let me expalin the error
I have installed cs-cart and uploaded a theme in it, a week go i have decided to use another theme, the developers of the theme say to me that to upload this theme i need to change to default theme, i have deleted the first theme that i was using and tried to change to default theme but i can't a 404 error is shown. I think it might be an installation problem, I have contacted the cs-cart support theme but they are delaying the responce because they normally answer in time and I have an emergency because i am stucked with this issue, i thought of deleting the cs-cart installation and starting all over again to have a fresh installation of cs-cart using the same license since i have not gone onlinewith the store yet
I could provide you temporary access but i can't post it here
you should not delete the default theme, first thing is restore that to stop the 404 issues...
Then make a child theme and install it as a new theme. THEN make that your default theme. It is not necessary for you to delete any themes and if anyone said you should do it any other way than a child theme they are advising you badly.

I get a 404 error in installing any theme at all now, if i upload the theme from cpanel i find it at Design-Themes-Browse all aviable themes i click install and the installation doesn't happens, for this reason i am thinging of deleting the cs-cart insallation and starting from the begining because i am spending too much time and i am hopeless now finding the error, but i need to be sure that i can use the same license.

In fact i have bought several licenses and i am using this license for my actuall store, for this reason i am insecure if i can reuse it if i try to make a fresh installation myself
