Maybe I did something wrong here but the description of this forum says "This is an open forum for potential customers to ask general questions". I was not able to register to use the forums until I purchased CS-Cart. Shouldn't the description be changed or did I do something wrong?

Please let me clarify. Some forums here are for license owners only, but this forum is open for all potential customers. You just need to be registered on our forums to be able to post your messages here.
Also, I would like to mention, that Help Desk account information is not mandatory for registering.

I had a help desk account and it would not accept my user name and password.
This is why I was pointing this out.
It requires you to actually have a CS-Cart license to register. It does not accept your help desk account.
