I have employed an external company to create and manage a Google AdWords campaign but they are having trouble extracting the Google shopping data from CS Cart.
Has anyone else had this issue and how can it be resolved.

You need to setup Google Feed from Admin panel first and you need to define a cron job from your server so it can be generated on a regular basis. You would need to assign data fields from Admin panel according to your country's requirements and according to the products you are selling.
