Email Editor And Document Editor Not Showing

Hi all,

i've update my store to v4.4.1

and on changelog, i see there are email editor and document editor submenu under Design menu

but after i check, i don't find it

is there any setting that i need to change to show this submenu ?

Please make sure you have select "New (nice and editable via admin panel)" option in Settings->Appearance:Email templates mode
