Use Form From Form Builder In A Product?

Hi, sorry if this a repeat question, can’t find it anywhere on the forum.


I am trying to put together an product that is basically a Christmas order form. I hope to create the form using the form builder, then add this form to the product charging a fixed deposit.


Is it possible to do this and if so , is there a way you can explain it?

You can use our Pages Content In Blocks module. Just create new form, put it to block and put block to product tab

Do you know if we can use this to be able to pre-fill a form field (Product Name) with the product that is given on the product page itself? We’re trying to save our customers some time by pulling the referring product information into the subsequent form that opens.

As far as I remember, the form builder has the Referrer field. It should inform you about a page where the form was submitted
