Amazon Payments Not Working

I don't know whats going on. I'd expect the amazon payments button to be shown but its not.

I've configured a testing account and added the link that is described on the instructions as well.

The integration guide here http://kb.cs-cart.com/amazon-checkoutdoes mention that It might be a currency issue.

I cannot select Japanese (Yen) since its not shown on the list. Could this be the reason why the button is not being shown?

(My store has Japanese Yen as the primary currency)

I'm in the same boat and fear that the reason is because Amazon switched to "Amazon Login and Pay" which supposedly CS-Cart isn't compatible with (yet) and hasn't updated documentation to note that. I may have misunderstood this thread but that's what it sounds like.
