The Billing And Shipping Address Part Of Checkout Has Disappeared! Rate Topic   - - - - -

The Billing and Shipping Address Section on the Checkout page of my store (www.katesclothing.uk) has disappeared. Does anyone have any idea why this might have happened?

 

The store is in the early stages of being set up so I and other developers have installed addons. I tried disabling all addons but it didn't fix it. I also tried changing my theme but the problem was still there. I can't see anything in the settings. I also compared the template: templates / blocks / checkout / order_info.tpl to an unmodified store, but they are identical. Does anyone have any ideas?

Check if profile fields are selected in these sections: go to Administration->Profile fields and tick the necessary fields.

Thanks for responding Oleg. Yes they were all already ticked. Also, I am running more than one store on the same installation and my other sites don't have the problem (www.newrockbootsuk.com & www.gothicclothing.co.uk). (It seems the profile fields control all sites). Do you have any other ideas?

You can edit each filed, click Share tab and see if the katesclothing.uk store is in the stores list. If not, then you can add katesclothing.uk store to it for each field.

I have similar issue after I upgraded from 4.2.4 to 4.3.6 and I could not find any solution. Billing/Shipping was there but 3rd and 4th steps have disappeared.  I was told CS-Cart was not upgraded correctly by CS-Cart Power and I opened a ticket with CS-Cart.

Do you see profile fields on the profile page in the store-front?

In my case,  I could see the Billing and Shipping info sections but 3rd step (Shipping Estimation) and 4th page Payment info would not be available. As soon as you fill out the billing - shipping forms, it takes you directly to "Thank you for your purchase" page.
