Is there a way for a non developer like myself to customise the look of the gift certificate? I know you can change the logo but I'm talking about layout/font/colour.
At the moment I manually process gift certificates and send customers a PDF version because the CS Cart template is the ugliest thing I've ever seen.
Any help would be great. Thanks x

If you are familiar with CSS, please edit the following file:
design/themes/THEME/mail/templates/addons/gift_certificates/templates/default.tpl

eComLabs is saying go to that directory and edit tpl file.
The structure is pretty straightforward, so if you're struggling maybe give us an idea of what your trying change and we can advise you what and where in the file you need to be making changes.
