You can create a custom menu on Design > Menus page and add all desired items in it. For more information please refer to the following articles:

It is not possible to just add one item (link to a page) to main menu?

It is possible, but you should create new menu on the Design -> Menus page. Submenus can be generated from the root categories automatically
