Orders Not Triggering Email

Hello!

New to cscart here. It looks like when a user places an order (right now phone order, or check order) they are not sent an order email? Is there a setting for this or do I need to click into the order_placed event and do something there?

New to cscart here. It looks like when a user places an order (right now phone order, or check order) they are not sent an order email? Is there a setting for this or do I need to click into the order_placed event and do something there?

Check the Notify customer option in the corresponding order status settings on Administration > Order statuses page in the admin panel.
