I am getting incorrect refunds in my Analytics report. Where can I configure which status is a refund?

 

Actually all our refunds are done through the RMA plugin and never get a different order status.

You can find settings for statuses in the "Order statuses" tab of the "Simtech Development: Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce" add-on settings if your add-on version is greater than 4.5.0.17.

Thanks, I thought i was on the latest version but i had to actually uninstall and reinstall the plug instead of just installing the last version with the old one installed

Yes, because settings are updated only after add-on reinstallation.

The cross-domain tracking did not work when the method of submitting requests switched to GTAG. Now it is fixed. Please update your version of Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce add-on.

When an order was paid in a currency different from the store primary currency, the Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce add-on made wrong calculations. Now it is fixed.

Hi! I'm trying to remove paypal and our other psp as a referral source, so i added their domains to the Referral Exclusion List in Google Analytics. However, now my revenue is not being tracked anymore. 

Can you give me a tip on how to set this up correctly?

Hello,

 

Usually, all you need is just to add domains/subdomains to the Referral Exclusion List. You may still see these domains as referrals for some time, this is because your returning customers have old cookies. What report do you check for revenue?

Hmm, I removed the domains from the referral exclusion list and it's stil not tracking converions (after 36 hours). The only other thing I did is remove another add-on, and I installed a new version of simtechs autofill address add-on, which i uninstalled again because it wasn't working at all. I guess some add-ons are conflicting ... I'll look into it.

It is better to uninstall and install the add-on again because there are some new add-on settings.

Old templates might still stay in the theme after reinstallation. Please open a ticket in our HelpDesk with the access to your server. Our specialists will check and remove this duplication.
