Hi Team Support,
I'm working with Google analytic enhanced e-commerce plugin for CS-Cart.
The data gathered in GA seems going wrong when we try purchase multiple products from multiple vendors, which result multiple orders.
In a part of "Sales Performance" under "Conversions/Ecommerce" the transaction only show the last order from that purchase
Assume, there are order #201, #202, #203 purchased in 1 cart
#201 (VendorX) included ProductA 20$, ProductB 30$
#202 (VendorY) included ProductC 40$
#203 (VendorZ) included ProductD 50$
The result show in Sales Performance will show only "Transaction id 203" with the result of "50$ Revenue"
while transaction 201, 202 not shown in analytic at all
But when I clicked on transactionn 203
It show the list of product with ProductA, ProductB, ProductC, ProductD with sum revenue of 140$ (This is where it's go all wrong)
So I'm not sure what it should really be or this is a bug of your addon? please consider this issue and get in touch soon!

Hello!

I will check this situation as soon as possible. Thank you for informing us.

Hi Oleg, is there any update on this?

Thanks

Hi Oleg, is there any update on this?

Thanks

Hello!

Do you mean the issue with the orders from different vendors?

Hello!

We have updated the add-on for vendors. Now all the orders are sent correctly. Also vendors can track their own analytics.

Hello!

I would like to inform you that product options tracking became available.

The add-on is here.

Hi! We're using this add-on and with GDPR customers need to be able to turn off google analytics tracking if they don't want it. We need to link to this from the Privacy Policy.

Are you planning to add this function to this add-on anytime soon?

Maybe the setting can be controlled by a profile field in the customers accounts?

Come to think of it, I think simtech / cs-cart should make a very good cookie pop-up add-on that connects all of these issues (in the pop-up addon, people should also be able to turn of/off google analytics tracking).

Thanks!

Well that is actually a feature of the cookie Addon.

We are releasing its soon and it will just do that. It detects all the Google and Facebook tracking services and can control them via sliders

Have a look at the video

Thanks Fotis, I knew your add-on could do this, but didn't know it would also work with with "external" add-ons from Simtech.

Hello!

Yes, we will add the ability for the customer to turn off Google Analytics tracking as soon as possible.

Hello!

In our Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce add-on you can define the parameter that will be used as the product identifier in Google Analytics: product ID or SKU.

Hi, I saw you have a new version in the download area. Is this still compatible with cs-cart 4.5x ?

Also, is there an easy way to upgrade the installed add-on? Or should we simply uninstall and install again?

Thanks!

Hello!

Yes, the new version is compatible with 4.5.x but it is not related to GDPR changes, just small fix. Task for GDPR compliance is still in progress.

If you had the newest version before this release, then you can just move the files from archive in your file manager, it is not necessary to uninstall the add-on.

Hello!

We have added the ability to cross domain tracking which makes it possible for Analytics to see sessions on two related sites as a single session.

Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce is a useful tool in every store.

Thanks, I have VERSION 4.5.0.4 installed. Is this OK?

Is this compatible with 4.2.4?
