Add New Carrier Shipment

Hi All,

I've installed cs cart multivendor and want to adding new carrier shipment on my countries. I'm from Indonesia and need to add local carrier shipment for shipping.

I've success add new carrier shpment in multivendor database but still don't know how to configure it.

When I tested it in checkout page, there's an error said you don't have shipment on your location

Do you know how to make configure carrier shipment in cs cart ?
