i want to active both of newsletter and email marketing add-on

newsletter for abandoned cart notification and email marketing for sync with mailchimp

but looks like cs cart block this,

can someone help me to solve this problem?

These two add-ons conflict with each other. This is why it is not possible to activate both of them.

I am encountering the same problem, How can we link to Mailchimp if we can't activate the email add on? Is there another way? Do I have to disable anything?
