Order Item Disappear After Paypal Process

Hi all,

i've got some serious problem here

one of my customer's order when he successfully order, it have 4 items, but after he process his payment (via Paypal), his order have 1 item disappear from database(even the grand total is changed)

i use CS Cart v 4.3.4

is this CS Cart version have this kind of bug?

I've never seen this happen, but two things come time mind immediately:

1. Are there any special characters in the name, price or sku of the product? Something that is causing the cart/PayPal handoff to dump the entire line?

2. Turn off "Override Customer Into" at the top of the form in Admin->Manage Addons->PayPal Payments
