I do not understand this phrase, can someone explain.

msgid "If enabled, the search results will contain the orders for which customers loaded their own files."

What is loaded... uploaded, downloaded, or something else?

Hi gab,

This is statement written in language file.

All language file are located in lang directory. (var/langs/)

You can also add/update language variable from administrator > languages > translations.
