Hi,
I have a problem concerning setting a favicon. When I go to the theme editor to set a favicon for the shop and try to upload a favicon, it refreshes te page showing a gray square instead of showing the icon I uploaded. It shows no error or warning, it just returns to the theme editor. I know it should work and the icon-format is correct because I can set an icon in other shops.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Did you try to uploaded another favicon image? Just to make sure that the problem is not in the image
It should not be the image as i've uploaded the same image earlier to another shop in this same configuration.

It is required to examine issue on your server. We have never faced such issue with favicons

We put the favicon hardcoded in the index.tpl.
