I cannot export any product reports. it flashes something on the screen, disappears, and no csv appears anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately there isn't one. The "processing" window flashes on the screen for about a second and disappears. Then nothing. No errors, just back on the export screen. I can try to take video of my screen and upload it if that would help.
check for errors in your php error_log file.
Just a thought. Does it happen on all browsers?

Try to export data to screen instead of CSV file and check the results.
