Set Up Promotion: Bonus

Can anyone help me to know how to set up this kind of promotion for the store?

1/if I buy 10 items of any products belonging to a specific category I will get 1 free B Product

This should work with 20 items : 2 free products: but I just get 1 after all

2/Bonus free product but I want customer to choose between different selections of bonus

I am using CS Cart ver 2.1.4

If the question is still relevant I'm afraid there's no way to achive this without a code modification. We made lots of such improvement. If you are interested let us know.
