Reinstalling An Offline Cscart

I was previously running CSCart Multivendor 3.0 on a Xampp installation, the OS had to be reinstalled, I have a backup of my xampp folder and a dump of my sql tables from phpmyadmin.

I reinstalled Xampp, copied my htdocs and SQL tables back in using phpmyadmin, but my Cscart is broken.I had to change my default SSL port from 443 to 444 as it was being used.

Is there anyway to get the cart back on-line?
