Before the helpdesk page has been upgraded, I managed to download the latest package in File Area, but after the upgrade, my File Area page in empty. No files listed there like MikeFold.

We are not able to Submit a support ticket in our Helpdesk area. I think this is because of the new format. Is anyone else having this issue?
Still having the same issue above and I do not have the ability to reply to support tickets as well. Can someone from cs-cart help please?

We have sent an email asking you to clarify the issue in detail. Thank you in advance.

I know you said to reply on the help desk but obviously that's not a possibility in my case.
In case it matters I am using Windows XP Professional and IE7. I tried Firefox and have the same problem.
The only thing I can figure is that my support days have run out but it sounds like it may be a bug. I consider myself very computer and web literate, I've been developing sites since 1999 so it's not like I'm a newbie at help desks and user control panels etc.
