For those of you who haven't logged into the helpdesk (http://helpdesk.cs-cart.com)

You will see a new and improved helpdesk with a new layout and new features.

Take a look and post any issues you may find.

Cheers,
ETI

Before the helpdesk page has been upgraded, I managed to download the latest package in File Area, but after the upgrade, my File Area page in empty. No files listed there like MikeFold.

Can someone take a look at my issue ?

For prove, you can check on my ticket ID: #100019488

We are not able to Submit a support ticket in our Helpdesk area. I think this is because of the new format. Is anyone else having this issue?

Thank you, I replied to that email sending it to sales@ and support@

I know you said to reply on the help desk but obviously that's not a possibility in my case.

In case it matters I am using Windows XP Professional and IE7. I tried Firefox and have the same problem.

The only thing I can figure is that my support days have run out but it sounds like it may be a bug. I consider myself very computer and web literate, I've been developing sites since 1999 so it's not like I'm a newbie at help desks and user control panels etc.
