Where is the option to change product details page layout?
I mean the layout changes should be reflected on all products detailed page.

Design->Layouts->Products
The main setting is located here:
Settings -> Appearance -> Product detailed page view
You can also change layout for separate categories. To do it, please go to the update category page, open the Views tab and check Product details view setting
