Use Different Style Sheet When Language Is Changed

Hi,

I have 2 languages on my multi-vendor. English and German.

English is the default language. Just wondering how can I use a different style sheet for German language.

Additional code modifications are required to do it since there will be problems with cache

All styles are located in the same file. The system just adds additional classes to the required elements
