No the space that I describe is on newsletter. The newsletter that I sent doesn't give the chance to the user to unsubscribe from the list because there is no link.

I experience same behaviour on 4.3.6 — user's can't unsubscribe from newsletter, as it does not contain a link.

It doesn't work as well. No unsubscribe link in the email newsletters sent to customers. The format in the template is as below:
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by using this link: %UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK
and a customer gets:
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by using this link:
Also the email header doesn't show the company name. Instead it shows:
From: default_company_name [mailto:kontakt@customerdomain.com]

thank's, but doesn't work. After adding unsubscribe it shows just 'unsubscribe' text without a link inside:

But as I wrote there, I don't understand, why is there a restriction on adding the UNSUBSCRIBE link just to some customers, or what's ever.
The unsubscribe link should appear in every email/newsletter and for every customer/subscriber if the '%UNSUBSCRIBE_LINK' will be added to the body area of the email/newsletter.
Yes i do not see the mails I sent. i test different version. i see in the mail company, phone etc but unsubcribe link doesn't show.
i use different mail server adress and so server smtp settings is must be change. The problem might be from this? And how can i fix this?
